We have all probably been on one bad date in our life and if you
have been out of the dating scene for a while here are some
quick and easy tips to keep your cool and make it through a bad
date.
The important thing to keep in mind when on a bad date is the
golden rule. Do onto others, what you would like done onto you.
This very simply means that if you are not into a date, don't
embarrass or treat your date rudely. If your date is not working
out, if you don't feel the spark, don't leave in the middle of
the appetizer or be rude to your date. Just hang in there for
the next half hour or hour and call it a night.
Many people expect that their date will pick up on the fact that
there is no magic, this sometimes will not be the case. If they
ask to extend the date, just tell a white
lie and tell your date
that it's getting late and you have a lot of work in the
morning. No one likes to hear that they are boring or a horrible
date.
If you find your date offensive or are being harassed then by
all means tell your date that you no longer would like his or
her company and end the date right then and their. You should
never sit through a bad experience. But if your date seems like
a nice person but there just isn't enough chemistry, let your
date off easy.
